Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent is seeking a Learning Solutions Designer to produce high-quality, performance-driven learning content across eLearning, ILT, and blended formats. You will partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accessible assets that support organizational priorities.

Responsibilities include scripting, storyboarding, video and graphic production using Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe CC, Camtasia, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on instructional design experience.
• 3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience designing learning across eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508).
• Knowledge of ADDIE and SAM models; evaluation basics.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended).
• Produces scripts, storyboards, and assets aligned with templates, brand, accessibility, and governance standards.
• Builds interactive modules, videos, graphics, and supporting materials using authoring, media, and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to capture requirements and refine learning solutions.
• Refreshes existing content to reflect process or system changes; participates in reviews.
• Ensures outputs are inclusive and performance-driven.
