Qualifications

• BA Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Education or Communications.
• 3+ yrs hands-on instructional design lifecycle exp.
• 2+ yrs exp designing/developing learning solutions across multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality learning content across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended, simulations).
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and assets aligned with templates, brand, accessibility, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to capture requirements and refine learning solutions.
