Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a leading AI researcher in Sunnyvale to drive research on labeling, predicting, and fusing multi-sensor data for enhanced ADAS and Bosch AI products. You will design multi-modal, time-series foundation models and integrate other modalities to improve context understanding.

You will stay at the forefront of AI, publish findings, and contribute to patent activity while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Bosch.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in CS/EE/IT or related field, or Masters with 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Expertise with Time Series FMs beyond forecasting.
• Deep learning for sensor data integration with signal processing.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch; familiarity with torchaudio/vision/torchmetrics.
• Strong publication record in relevant venues or contributions to patents/open-source.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI research projects labeling, predicting, classifying, clustering, describing and fusing multi-sensor data to enhance ADAS and AI features.
• Architect and validate multi-modal deep learning and TSFM models for multivariate time series.
• Extend TSFM with other modalities like video/image to improve context understanding.
• Provide expert insights to management on technology strategy, R&D trajectory, and investments.
• Disseminate findings via publications or patent submissions.
