Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Multimedia Technician for a leading utility organization in the San Antonio area. This individual will serve as the primary resource for enterprise print operations, supporting multifunction printers, scanners, plotters, print queues, and document management workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Extensive experience supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise printing environments.
• Experience with multifunction printers, high-volume production printers, scanners, plotters, and related print equipment.
• Experience working with print management solutions, print queues, print servers, driver deployment, and printer configurations.
• Experience coordinating printer installations, upgrades, relocations, and vendor support activities.
• Strong understanding of print workflows, document management, and reprographics operations.
• Basic PC networking knowledge, including IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting, and network printing concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows Active Directory user and printer permission.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for enterprise print operations.

Required Skills & Experience
