Job summary

NRG Media is hiring in Lincoln for a dynamic multi-media sales professional who will craft marketing campaigns for local businesses. You will sell across radio and digital channels, including OTT/CTV, display, social, and events, while developing long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate blends sales drive with strategic thinking, thrives on managing multiple projects, and has a track record of closing deals. Training and tools are provided for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing and/or sales experience preferred, but will train the right person.
• Experience in selling digital products a plus, but not required.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Bachelor degree or Associate's degree with experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable being held accountable to prospecting metrics and various sales-related KPIs

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing solutions for local businesses by engaging with owners and decision makers.
• Manage existing accounts and pursue new business development to grow revenue.
• Collaborate across radio stations and digital platforms (OTT/CTV, display, SEM, social) to deliver campaigns.
• Prospect, qualify and convert leads into long-term client partnerships.
