Job summary

NRG Media’s Broadcast House in Lincoln is seeking a dynamic Multi-Media Sales Representative. You will work with area business owners to create marketing solutions leveraging five radio stations and a full digital platform, including OTT/CTV, display, social, and event marketing.

The role encompasses both account management and new business development, requiring a proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to craft integrated campaigns. Training and tools are provided to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years marketing and/or sales experience preferred, but training provided.
• Experience selling digital products is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
