Job summary

Employees Retirement System of Texas is seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer to craft engaging multimedia content for the Benefits Communication division. You will lead video, photography, graphics, and livestreams, guiding projects from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with brand and communications teams to ensure high-quality storytelling across internal and external channels, supporting member engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in multimedia design, digital media, communications, film production or related field.
• Three years of professional experience producing video content for an organization.
• Three years of professional experience as a photographer for an organization.
• Two years of professional experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated professional experience editing audio, video or multimedia content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on multimedia content for agency publications, social media and channels, coordinating production including photography and videography.
• Mix and edit audio recordings with sound effects and music for quality and consistency.
• Record and produce agency podcasts with strong storytelling to engage listeners.
• Shoot and edit videos for internal and external communications, upholding ERS branding.
• Develop multimedia projects from storyboards to scripts, planning talent and visuals.
