Job summary

The University of Chicago's PME STAGE Lab is seeking a Multimedia Specialist and Program Administrator to support day-to-day administrative, technical, and multimedia projects. Reporting to the STAGE Center Assistant Director, you will work with leadership, IT, Marketing, and vendors to bring projects to fruition, help with event planning, and develop multimedia prototypes.

Qualifications

• Education: college or university degree in related field.
• 5–7 years of work experience in a related discipline.
• Familiarity with multimedia design tools and project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports STAGE projects with planning, research, and execution.
• Develops project-specific multimedia prototypes and mockups.
• Operates A/V systems and coordinates with IT and support services.
• Assists in scheduling meetings and managing STAGE communications.
• Creates and maintains project documentation and SOPs.
• Manages media libraries and coordinates external vendors.
