About the Team & Role:

Moomoo is looking for a skilled and versatile Multimedia Producer to join our retail brokerage marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in filming, photography, and video editing, combined with an understanding of reflecting brand's distinctive voice. This role is crucial in creating engaging visual content that promotes our retail brokerage products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video production, working through the entire process from idea development to final cut, and will excel at creating high-quality content that effectively tells a story.

This role must be based at the office locations specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position. For more details about our in-office approach and expectations, please reach out to the recruiter.

What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video and photo shoots for marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.
• Produce compelling video content for various platforms, including social media, website, podcasts, webinars and internal communications.
• Capture professional-quality photographs for marketing materials, website, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) while maintaining visual consistency.
• Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, OBS, Figma, Podbean Pro), ensuring a polished final product ready for release.
• Plan, set up, and manage live and pre-recorded webinars, including technical direction, visual presentation, and post-production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with overall campaign strategies and messaging.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content.
• Maintain and organize a library of visual assets for easy access and reuse.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a videographer and editor with a strong portfolio showcasing video production work.
• Expertise in video editing software ( Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, OBS, Figma, Podbean Pro).
• Experience producing and directing webinars, including technical setup, audience engagement techniques, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting, and sound to ensure high production value.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and work independently on projects.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes video content engaging.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
• Understanding of retail brokerage products and services is a plus.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
