Job summary

Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a Manager, Multimedia L&D to inspire and lead a team of multimedia designers. You will drive visual design excellence across learning products, merging design with adult learning principles to support measurable behavioral change.

You’ll bridge instructional intent and creative execution, mentor direct reports, manage capacity, and set the standard for visual quality at scale within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Visual Communications.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multimedia design team to deliver high‑visibility learning products.
• Elevate visual standards and manage cognitive load within Capital One brand.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and business stakeholders to align design with learning goals.
• Oversee project pipeline and capacity planning to ensure timely delivery.
