Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Multimedia for Enterprise Learning & Development in McLean, VA. You will lead a team of multimedia designers, shaping the visual strategy for learning products and driving measurable behavioral change.

You will mentor and develop talent, ensure high quality creative output, and collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to align design with instructional goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Visual Communications
At least 2 years of experience managing, mentoring or leading a team of creative professionals
Master's degree or higher preferred in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or Visual Communications
6+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design
3+ years of direct people management experience, leading a multimedia or creative design team

Responsibilities

Lead as a creative director and empower a team of multimedia designers
Inspire and elevate the visual standard of learning products
Bridge instructional intent and creative execution to solve design challenges
Develop direct reports, manage capacity and set visual design standards at scale
Collaborate with instructional designers, cross-functional leaders and stakeholders
