Royal Credit Union is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Intern to assist the Marketing team with high-quality video production, photography, and multimedia initiatives that elevate awareness of Royal's products, services, brand, and mission across channels.

The role supports growth in all stages of multimedia production—camera, audio, animation, and graphics—while maintaining consistent brand messaging. On-site training will occur in Eau Claire, WI, with a 12-month internship commitment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a University or Technical College pursuing a degree in Film/Video Production, Marketing, Entertainment Design, Multimedia, Videography, or similar field.
• Must be bondable.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia content including photography, video, audio, animation, and graphics that align with Royal's brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage full content lifecycle from ideation and storyboarding to production, editing, and distribution across platforms.
• Support multimedia projects by coordinating logistics, scheduling shoots, and occasionally traveling to locations in WI and MN for events and testimonials.
• Utilize multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition) and manage production equipment.
• Assist with asset management and reporting, including organizing digital files, managing vendor relationships, generating QR codes, and analyzing multimedia performance metrics.
