Responsibilities

• Track and update production schedules, calendars, and status reports.
• Organize production assets with version control and accessibility.
• Assist with scheduling internal reviews, meetings, and rehearsals.
• Schedule and manage on-site makeup appointments for stage speakers.
• Support onboarding and scheduling of freelance editors, designers, and technical partners.
• Coordinate with vendors on production and delivery of assets.
• Help manage vendor documentation (SOWs, invoices, timelines).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep tasks moving.
