Job summary

Hyve is seeking an Attendee Experience Manager in New York, operating in a hybrid model with three days in the office. You will build relationships with attendees from registration through their event journey, guiding them through onboarding, meetings actions and onsite support to ensure an informed and excited participant.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of customer-facing experience in events or customer success.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage priorities.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted point of contact for attendees pre-event and onsite.
• Communicate proactively via phone, email, and text.
• Oversee attendee onboarding after registration.
• Guide attendees through meetings program and deadlines.
• Help attendees navigate meetings platforms and troubleshoot.
• Educate internal teams on the attendee journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless events.
• Maintain attendee data accuracy and conduct audits.
• Track projects and deadlines with updates to stakeholders.
• Support onsite attendee experience during events.
