ASHRAE is seeking a Multimedia Designer to conceptualize and implement high-impact creative assets across digital, print, social, and video platforms. The role ensures brand consistency while driving global engagement and supporting ASHRAE's mission.
You will collaborate with the Marketing team to produce print and digital collateral, manage assets, and guide design usage. On-site work is required, and travel to events may be necessary.
Conceptualize and implement high-impact creative assets that can be used across digital, print, social, video and other platforms following ASHRAE's established brand guidelines. Multitasks and works with various departments throughout the organization to ensure all collateral adheres to the same established brand guidelines while driving global engagement and visually furthering ASHRAE's mission. Possess ability to provide and receive creative direction as needed to achieve top-quality, engaging materials and maintain ASHRAE's brand integrity. The Multimedia Designer is the gatekeeper of ASHRAE's visual brand and ensures consistency across all print, digital and multimedia communications for ASHRAE.

Work Schedule and On-Site Attendance Requirements
This position requires the employee to work on-site in the office three days per regularly scheduled workweek, with Wednesday as a mandatory in-office day. The employee is also expected to be available and working during the organization's core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, including on scheduled in-office days. The Managing Director will establish the specific in-office days and work schedule based on business and operational needs.
