The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in program development and staff supervision. This position is based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
The Senior Manager of Professional Development is responsible for initiating and managing programs that provide structured learning to the HVAC&R market. These programs may include instructor-led courses in both classroom and online settings; computer-based instruction, both instructor-led and on-demand; and textbook publications for self-instruction. The manager's efforts should result in the delivery of high-quality educational content that meets scheduling and fiscal objectives.
