Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Multimedia Specialist I to operate and support large-scale audiovisual and webcasting systems in public hearings and conference spaces.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college with focus on broadcast, audio engineering or related field.
• Two years' experience operating conference technology with a Texas state agency or private events.
• Preferred: Extron Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of media facilities in large meeting rooms.
• Record, edit, and mix audio/video for webcasting and public hearings.
• Produce and edit video projects, including scripting and graphics.
• Maintain media libraries and admin support for audiovisual requests.
• Support COOP and disaster readiness as needed.
