Qualifications

  • Three+ years of experience supporting conference rooms and audiovisual technology in higher education, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Hands‑on experience with Crestron and Extron control panels, AV system setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to support events end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, maintain, and operate audiovisual, web conferencing, computer lab, and video technologies.
  • Support room and equipment setup, technical operations, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful event execution while upholding safety standards.
