Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced QA/test specialist to support multilingual validation across English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese channels. You will oversee validation cycles, document defects, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in testing or customer operations, with experience using BrowserStack and Jira. Strong written English communication is essential, with French/Spanish enhancement considered

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in testing, validation support, or multilingual execution roles.
• Comfort documenting issues in English with clear reproduction steps.
• Experience with BrowserStack and Jira preferred.
• Able to operate in a hybrid/manual-plus-automation work model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution support for language- and region-specific validation cycles.
• Support administration of BrowserStack assets, suites, dashboards, and execution workflows for supported teams (CTI, Messaging, OneCRM, Self-Help Portals).
• Execute approved manual test cases and approved regression suites.
• Support post-deploy production validation planning, coordination, and execution.
• Create and log initial defects with evidence for engineering triage and debugging.
• Maintain execution records, test assets, and operating documentation.
• Provide standardized status inputs and reporting support to Program Management.
• Coordinate selectively with Business Ops / Advisors for language- or market-specific validation.
