Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in UAT, business validation, or digital testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience validating customer journeys, chatbots, AI workflows in multilingual contexts.
• BrowserStack, Jira, and Salesforce/OneCRM experience required or preferred.
• Strong ability to document issues with steps, expected vs. actual results.
• Comfort working in a hybrid/manual-plus-automation model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer messaging, AI features, and chatbots validation.
• Execute approved test cases and regression suites.
• Support post-deploy production validation planning and execution.
• Log defects with evidence for engineering triage.
• Maintain test assets, execution records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Ops as needed.
