Job summary

Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) seeks an ML Instructional Supervisor to enhance multilingual learners’ educational experiences across CREC Magnet Schools. The role focuses on supervising certified teachers, reviewing curricula, and providing instructional support to school leaders and teachers in multilingual learning contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and CT 092 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development, evaluation, and revision to align with standards.
• Ensure materials reflect CREC community diversity and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to design instructional resources.
• Provide guidance to leaders and teachers on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver professional development workshops and coaching to improve outcomes.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Use data to inform instructional strategies and curriculum adjustments.
• Collaborate with CREC leadership to ensure coherence in curriculum and instruction.
