Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking an Intake/Access Coordinator to support individuals seeking behavioral health services. You will coordinate intake, gather information, and conduct screenings to guide clients to the right programs, with emphasis on culturally sensitive care.

The role requires at least relevant certification and a clear background, with a focus on coordinating referrals, scheduling, and collaborating with clinicians to ensure timely access to services for diverse

Qualifications

• Addictions PSS, CADC, or CRM, and QMHA or QMHA-R with the ability to obtain QMHA within 30 days is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in English. Fluency in additional languages preferred.
• Standard LCSNW criminal clearance, including national sex offender, ORCHARDS, SAM/OIG.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking services, via phone, email, referrals, or in person.
• Conduct initial mental health and substance use screenings to assess needs and history.
• Triage to determine appropriate services or level of care.
• Coordinate intake appointments and enrollment into behavioral health programs.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely referrals and follow-ups.
