Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is seeking a Community Resource Navigator to support its refugee youth school readiness program focused on financial wellness in Polk County. The role uses bilingual skills to connect clients with education and community resources.

You will work with clients to overcome language and cultural barriers, assist with workshops, and coordinate with partners to advance self-sufficiency.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 6 months related experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and another language.
• Lived experience may be considered qualifying.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to clients and assist with workshops and activities.
• Use bilingual skills to aid understanding of LSI services and resources.
• Coordinate with community partners, volunteers, and staff to meet client goals.
• Communicate information from classes, appointments, and paperwork to clients.
