Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to refugee and immigrant clients, including skill development and resource connection.
• Perform case management, advocacy, and help clients develop goals and service plans.
• Facilitate service plans to meet personal goals and monitor progress.
• Meet with clients in person or via telephone during business hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
