Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Texas seeks a manufacturing planning leader responsible for managing MRPs, Make/Buy, BOM planning, and MPS across multiple production lines. You will drive inventory optimization and coordinate warehousing and shipping activities.

This role includes overseeing recruitment, training, performance assessments, and implementing process improvements in collaboration with Program Management and cross-functional teams. A background with SAP/Apriso is highly valued.

Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance
• Bachelors degree from accredited college and/or equivalent experinece
• Must have thorough knowledge of SAP and Apriso applications as well as high understanding of MRP and Warehousing platforms
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external teams including Program Management functions
• Effective communication skills including verbal, listening, and presentation.
• Demonstrated prior leadership experience

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in large scale production rate ramps as well as exceptional change management experience and successes
• Proven ability to recognize issues in advance and experience in risk mitigation activities
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex projects with mutliple customers and functions that have a stake.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $98700.00 - $183300.00
