Job summary

Radix Software, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as the underwriting subject matter expert for the Radix Underwriting platform in Scottsdale.

You will own the underwriting model, validate new functionality, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Sales to ensure the platform reflects best practices in multifamily underwriting. You will analyze assumptions, deploy automation opportunities, and develop governance for scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily underwriting or related analytical field.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling and scenario analysis.
• Fluent in investment metrics: NOI, cap rates, IRR, cash flows.
• Experience with PropTech, SaaS, or financial software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as underwriting SME for Radix Underwriting platform.
• Own and enhance underwriting model for accuracy, scalability, and best practices.
• Configure and validate client underwriting models and QuickSync, guiding onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate new functionality and calculations.
• Support Client Success and Sales with underwriting expertise in complex engagements.
• Analyze assumptions (revenue, expenses, occupancy, rent growth, financing) for model improvement.
• Develop governance docs and repeatable processes to scale modeling work.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline underwriting and onboarding.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve questions and improve the platform.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and training opportunities.
• Stay current on multifamily underwriting trends and industry standards.
