Job description

About Radix

Radix is revolutionizing how the multifamily world makes decisions. From investment to divestment, and everything in between, Radix brings data transparency, market intelligence, and acquisition modeling into a seamless ecosystem that turns the industry's best insights into confident decisions.

What You Will Be Part Of

As Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping how Radix scales—bringing financial clarity, discipline, and insight to a fast-growing SaaS business. You will partner closely with executive leadership to inform strategic decisions, balance growth with financial health, and ensure the company is always investor ready. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, building the financial foundation that enables Radix to move faster, smarter, and with confidence. Your work will directly influence how Radix allocates capital, measures success, and captures long-term value.

What You Will Achieve
  • Lead end-to-end financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and long-term strategic modeling.

  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering ARR growth, churn, pricing, LTV/CAC, scenario planning, and margin expansion.

  • Deliver accurate, timely, and investor-ready financial reporting for executives, the board, and external stakeholders.

  • Own cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and covenant tracking to ensure Radix scales responsibly.

  • Establish and monitor core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn) to guide strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leaders to align financial plans with operating goals.

  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using BI tools to surface insights and trends.

  • Optimize and scale finance systems and processes across ERP, FP&A, CRM, and BI tools to support growth.

  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition, audit readiness, and tax planning requirements.

  • Provide leadership and oversight for accounting and collections functions, driving accurate financial operations, strong cash conversion, and scalable execution through the team.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity, including at least 3 years in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.

  • You thrive in startup or scale-up environments and are excited by the pace, ambiguity, and opportunity of building in a company with massive growth potential.

  • You are deeply curious—eager to understand the story behind the numbers and continuously improve how insights are generated and used.

  • You demonstrate resilience, staying effective and focused while managing competing priorities and tight timelines.

  • You are highly adaptable, comfortable evolving processes and models as the business grows and changes.

  • You have strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with FP&A tools like Adaptive or Anaplan.

  • You possess a deep understanding of SaaS economics, metrics, and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).

  • You communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • You lead with impact, courage, and responsibility—challenging assumptions, driving outcomes, and owning results end-to-end.

  • Bonus points for an MBA, CFA, or CPA, experience with fundraising or M&A, and familiarity with proptech, real estate analytics, or asset-heavy industries.

Why You Will Love Working Here
  • Benefits That Have You Covered
Medical, dental, and vision coverage that supports your health and your peace of mind, so you can focus on doing great work.

  • Wellness That Goes Beyond Coverage
A Wellhub membership gives you access to gyms, fitness classes, and wellness apps, so taking care of yourself fits into your life however you like to do it.

  • Time Off You Control
Uncapped PTO, because we hire talented people and trust them to rest, recharge, and return ready to do their best work.

  • A Real Stake in Radix
Pre IPO equity that gives you meaningful ownership and lets you grow right alongside the company you're helping build.

  • Rewards for Real Impact
A performance bonus that recognizes the results you drive, not just the tasks you complete.

  • Learn From the Best
Work shoulder to shoulder with industry experts, innovative operators, and leaders who are shaping the future of multifamily.

  • Build Products That Define the Category
Join us at a high velocity moment, post Series A, where your ideas shape the market and not just the roadmap.
