Position Summary

The Multifamily Superintendent will provide overall field leadership for ground-up multifamily construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Requirements

• Lead day-to-day field operations for a ground-up multifamily construction project in Lebanon, NH.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain construction progress and sequencing.
• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, workmanship, and quality.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents.
• Conduct field inspections and identify construction issues before they affect downstream work.
• Coordinate closely with project management and other project stakeholders on progress, constraints, and field needs.
• Maintain organized field documentation and reporting.
• Strong construction leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred, particularly experience overseeing large, ground-up residential projects.
• Experience successfully managing subcontractors and multiple trades in an active construction environment.
• Construction-management software experience is a plus.
