NW Recruiting Partners in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a multifamily construction project. This role demands strong field leadership, independent problem solving, and close collaboration with the project team to deliver a high-quality finished product.

You will oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control, while mentoring junior staff and taking ownership of larger, more complex projects as you advance.

Formación

• 4+ years’ experience as a Senior Superintendent on multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and job site safety.

Senior Superintendent – Multi-Family Developer

Our client, a growing real estate development and construction company, is looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a multifamily construction project in Portland. This is an opportunity for a seasoned field leader to take ownership of a complex project, guide site execution, and work closely with the project team to deliver a high-quality finished product.

The Senior Superintendent will lead field operations with a high level of independence, overseeing subcontractor coordination, construction sequencing, site logistics, and schedule management. You’ll help anticipate challenges, resolve field issues, and maintain clear communication across the team while setting expectations for safety, quality, and accountability.

Senior Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and project schedules.
• Maintain daily field reports and monitor construction progress.

Compensation: $140K-$180K DOE + bonus
