Qualifications

• Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician is highly desirable.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Assist in make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain supply of make-ready units.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor HVAC and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical and plumbing problems.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
