Mark-Taylor is hiring a Service Technician at Soltra at San Tan Village in Gilbert, AZ. You will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community while delivering five-star service to residents.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready units, troubleshooting HVAC and other systems, and performing preventive maintenance. On-call duties and certifications pay are offered as additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician preferred.
• Troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Excellent customer service with residents and team members.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety practices, and identifying issues early.
• Strong time management to prioritize work orders, make-readies, and on-call duties.
• Team-oriented and accountable, able to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in completing make ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain supply of make-ready units.
• Trouble-shoot, diagnose and fix minor HVAC/heating, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and inform Manager of Facilities and Service.
• Share on-call duty with Manager of Facilities and Service and be ready to respond in uniform.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
