Mark-Taylor Residential Inc in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Service Technician at Solace at Casa Grande Crossings. You will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep, delivering the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor homes.

The role covers troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances; completing make-readies; preventive maintenance; pool care; small carpentry; and safety checks.

• Experience with apartment maintenance and repairs preferred.

• Ability to manage time, priorities, and on-call responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in completing make ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units for the Community.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct minor air conditioning and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical problems, plumbing problems, minor carpentry, and drywall repairs.
• Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care, assure pool is in proper chemical balance and area is free of safety concerns.
• Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys
• Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and corrects the hazard to inform the Manager of Facilities and Service of the hazard.
• Share on-call duty with Manager of Facilities and Service, and service team members and is readily available to go the property if needed and in uniform/badge.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.

Compensation:

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.75/hr.
• All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
• Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications***

Requirements

• Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician is highly desirable.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional and timely communication with residents and team members.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety practices, and identifying potential issues before they become larger concerns.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work orders, make-readies, and on-call responsibilities.
• Team-oriented and accountable, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of building systems
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

In This Role You Will:
