Job summary

Hines is seeking a Service Supervisor - Multifamily in Dallas to oversee and coordinate all mechanical and technical support for the property. You will ensure the building meets appearance, safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards.

You will lead a team, manage work orders, schedule contractors, monitor energy use, and maintain inventory. The role requires experience in property maintenance, EPA refrigerant certification, and strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of property maintenance management or leadership experience.
• EPA certification for refrigerant recycling.
• Pool & Spa Operator license required or obtainable.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all mechanical and technical support for the property.
• Lead the team to meet safety, cleanliness and operational standards.
• Manage work orders, schedule contractors, and track completion.
• Ensure energy use is monitored and energy management programs followed.
• Maintain inventory control and budget for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Respond to resident questions and assign tasks by urgency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety laws and regulations.
