Job summary

PEM is seeking a Multifamily Revenue Manager to develop pricing models and reports, collaborating with revenue management and on-site teams in Phoenix, AZ. You will interpret pricing, financial, market, and operational data to support decisions and drive performance.

The role focuses on optimizing RevenueIQ usage, pricing strategies across properties, and partnering with on-site managers to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years' experience with RevenueIQ.
• 2 - 4 years' experience in Yardi or similar property management software.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate property performance and suggest corrective actions to improve performance.
• Monitor RevenueIQ settings and adjust parameters to meet ownership goals.
• Manage lease expiration curves at property and unit-type levels.
• Determine amenity pricing adjustments.
• Develop and measure pricing strategies by property and region.
• Review Lease Compliance and variance in Yardi with property managers.
