Dweck Properties in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Manager to lead owner-side capital improvements and renovation programs across our multifamily communities. You will manage multiple unit renovations from scope and budgeting through construction, turnover, and closeout, coordinating with property operations, contractors, consultants, inspectors, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction project management experience, including multifamily renovations.
• Experience managing construction in occupied apartment communities.
• Proficiency with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, job costing, and change-orders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication and clear updates.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, Bluebeam, and CM systems; Yardi CM preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture/real estate preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from start to finish: scope, budget, construction, turnover, closeout.
• Build scopes, budgets, schedules, bid packages, procurement strategies, logistics plans.
• Lead unit renovation programs and coordinate with property operations.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage proposals, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Maintain schedules, cost records, and project documentation in Yardi Construction Manager.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and resident impact.
• Identify risks, propose options, and provide leadership with status and decisions.
• Close projects with inspections, punch lists, warranties, turnover docs.
