Beacon Hill is seeking a Transaction Analyst on a temporary basis to support multifamily property acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions from initial underwriting through closing. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience reviewing financial and property-related documentation, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, acquisitions, asset management, or transaction-related roles.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support all stages of multifamily acquisition, refinance, and disposition transactions.
• Conduct property-level due diligence, including review of financial statements, leases, operating reports, and related documentation.
• Prepare financial analyses, lender packages, transaction summaries, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal departments to facilitate timely closings.
• Track transaction milestones and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with underwriting and investment analysis activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve transaction processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
