Harrison Street Asset Management seeks a two-year Associate to join the Transactions team in our New York office. You will assist in evaluating, underwriting, and executing real estate investments across multifamily, office, industrial and retail with exposure to alternatives, including senior housing and student housing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or STEM and about 3 years of real estate underwriting and transaction experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of real estate underwriting and transaction execution experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support the acquisition and execution of new equity investments and credit originations.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial cash flow models and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct market research, asset-level diligence and comparative operational analyses.
• Prepare and present in pipeline meetings, deal screening sessions and investment committees.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, and operators to drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.
• Conduct sector and market research to identify investment opportunities.
