Benedict Canyon Equities is seeking a Transaction Analyst to join our Century City team in an all in-office role. You will support underwriting through closing for multifamily acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions, coordinating with brokers, lenders, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate finance or transactions, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or transactions (multifamily preferred).
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all stages of acquisition, refinance, and disposition process for multifamily assets.
• Conduct property-level due diligence and review financials, leases, and reports for accuracy.
• Prepare financial analyses, lender forms, and transaction summaries.
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure timely closings.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
