The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in real estate finance, investment analysis, or transaction roles, with solid Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, acquisitions, asset management, or transaction roles.
• Multifamily real estate experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Familiarity with underwriting, due diligence, and real estate transaction processes.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all stages of multifamily acquisition, refinance, and disposition transactions.
• Conduct property-level due diligence, including review of financial statements, leases, operating reports, and related documentation.
• Prepare financial analyses, lender packages, transaction summaries, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal departments to facilitate timely closings.
• Track transaction milestones and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with underwriting and investment analysis activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve transaction processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
