Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic economic and locational research for market areas via phone interviews and online resources.
• Perform apartment property interviews, market analysis, and demand analyses.
• Interview housing authorities, planners, and chambers to identify demand factors.
• Gather property-specific market information from managers of market/LIHTC properties.
• Analyze demographic and economic data and relate to affordable housing demand.
• Assist in writing market studies and appraisals for developments.
