Qualificações

• In process of earning a bachelor's degree in related area; experience in real estate research a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to perform primary research via phone and web.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail and deadlines.
• Able to manage a fast-paced, varied workload with shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capable of domestic travel.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct economic and locational market research and apartment interviews.
• Perform market analysis, surveys and demand analysis for multifamily properties.
• Interview housing authorities, planners, and property managers to gather market data.
• Assist in writing market studies and appraisals for real estate developments.
• Support with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
