Job summary

ONYX Multifamily Group in Waco, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of The Edmond, ensuring resident satisfaction, financial performance, and property standards.

You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, budgeting, reporting, and vendor relationships, while upholding Fair Housing laws and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property Management or Real Estate.
• Experience with budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local housing regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property and monitor overall performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and track key property metrics.
• Develop and manage property budgets and ensure expenses align with goals.
• Collect rent payments, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate evictions when necessary.
• Maintain financial records and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Build resident relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Oversee leasing process including background checks and lease agreements.
