Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience required.
• Strong leasing and sales background preferred.
• Experience leading and managing on-site property teams.
• Familiarity with property management software preferred.
• Experience with capital improvements or property renovations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic financial, math, and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily residential community.
• Hire, train, supervise, and lead on-site staff (approximately 6 team members).
• Drive leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.
• Maintain strong communication with residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance priorities.
• Resolve resident concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards.
• Manage financial operations including rent collection, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and property performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing standards.
• Participate in management meetings and property performance reviews.
