Eagle Rock Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multi-family community in the Northeast, combining top-tier customer service with strong cost control to drive financial success.

You will lead leasing, marketing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations while reporting to senior management and implementing strategic improvements across the portfolio. This role is on-site and aligns with our growth goals.

Formación

• At least 3 years of multi-family apartment property management in a leadership role.
• Experience managing capital improvements, unit renovations, and staff development.
• Experience supervising a staff of 5 or more.

Responsabilidades

• Lease and marketing: create plans, track traffic, adjust prices, and showcase features.
• Operate and financials: create operating budgets and explain variances.
• Maintain organized office, document keeping, and record systems.
• Coordinate maintenance with in-house team and external vendors.
