Job summary

PrimeSites is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of multifamily communities in the Midwest. The manager will drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience with leasing, resident retention, collections, and day‑to‑day property operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service and resident relations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned multifamily communities.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and third-party vendors to maintain properties.
• Monitor property condition, curb appeal, and work order completion.
• Solicit bids, manage vendors, and oversee contracted services.
