Job summary

PrimeSites is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily communities. You will lead leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to drive occupancy, retention, and compliance.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple properties, and experience with affordable housing programs like LIHTC/Section 8 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience with leasing, resident retention, collections, and day-to-day operations.
• Strong customer service and resident relations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned properties.
