Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a multifamily property in Maryland. You will work with a Property Manager or Area Manager to supervise leasing and maintenance staff, ensuring excellent service to residents, employees, and vendors.

You will use property management software such as AMSI and Entrata to optimize revenue, maintain records, and ensure timely rent collection.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and supervise two or more employees.
• Experience in leasing or sales within multifamily properties.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and reading financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leasing oversight and drive revenue through competitive rental rates.
• Oversee maintenance operations and coordination with service vendors.
• Handle administrative tasks, recordkeeping, reporting, and rent collection.
• Collaborate with Property Manager/Area Manager and teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
