Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year program in Real Estate, Hospitality or Property Management preferred.
• Sophomore year completed by start of Internship preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.

Responsabilités

• Practice sales techniques
• Marketing in-house and offsite with reports
• Learn and use industry software programs
• Participate in property tours and site visits
• Provide superior customer service
• Process accounts receivable
• Maintain records and calendars
• Assist with pre-inspections for rent readiness
• Assist with eviction processes
