Princeton Properties is seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Technician for our Dover, NH community. You’ll perform apartment-home maintenance, handle basic repairs, and support on-call emergencies with a team of skilled technicians.

Ideal candidates have residential maintenance experience, own basic hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and are able to lift 50 lbs. Training is provided and on-site work is required.

Formación

• Residential maintenance experience required.
• Basic set of hand tools provided/used.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal.
• Residence in the greater Dover, NH area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
• Respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Work independently and with a team to keep communities clean and functioning.
• Communicate with vendors and property staff as needed.
