Job summary

The Owow in Oakland is seeking a Project Architect to lead multifamily housing projects from concept through construction. You will represent Inflection and ensure projects are delivered with high quality in agreed timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and design sensibility, with 7+ years of experience in architecture. The position offers medical benefits, flexible spending accounts, and a dog-friendly office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural experience, ideally on multifamily housing projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes and technical detailing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of AORs and EORs on multiple housing projects.
• Achieve permit-ready and construction-ready drawing sets.
• Maintain project schedules within ±5% of baseline milestones.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
